// Well, yes it kind of is dudes. I just can’t be bothered to write stuff up for it. Bloodbowl stopped being fun for me a few years ago and one by one the friends have stopped coming over for a game. I’ve tried the video game and can’t get the same feel for it.

The New Yore Gents are the champions of the MLBB after an impressive 1-0 victory against the tyrannical superpower monsters- the Monster Munchers.
Eli Maiming scored the winning touchdown, following a suicidal block pact by two Gents linemen., there sacrifices led to the big breakout move and Maiming’s touchdown.
Even though they lost, Torn Badly, of the Monster Munchers was awarded the Most Violent Player (MVP) trophy for causing three casualties.

Due to crowd trouble at the last season’s fight-offs, all knockout games are played at a neutral site.

MLBB’s New Yore Gents have suspended star blitzer Michael Strayhands following allegations of misdemeanors with other Gents wives and girlfriends. Eli Maiming is said to be disgusted with the actions of his team-mate and was last seen chasing him down an alley with a chainsaw.
Strayhands has not made any statement to the media at this time. Hit best made Olaf Againunagain said “good for him, matey, what a naughty one, mixing with minxes, eh?” “Phwoar!” along with several unrepeatable statements.
No word at to yet when Strayhands will return to the Gents camp.

The salary cap was lost in office relocation! Two teams are currently AWOL, presumed missing for the season! and the MLBB Daft produced no new players (now, that really is daft!)
The Imperial Lord Grump has signed so many executive disorders, that Imperial officers have no idea whether they are coming or going. This, in turn, has left the teams somewhat rudderless during the pre-season. For a league that has prided itself on imperial precision, it sure looks like a mess!
But have no fear, MLBB fans, the league is still going ahead and here’s what we are all looking forward to:
NEW YORE GENTS have a fine team of ‘naughty gentleman’ right now- Eli Maiming, Orville Peck’em, Viktor Brooz, along with veteran Michael Strayhands will cause all sorts of mayhem as the Gents push for the fight-offs, after missing out in 3016.
GREEN VALE PICKERS have a returning hero- Bert Flowre joins up with Alderon Bodgers. This gives the Pickers two legends tossing the ball about. Will be good to watch, might need to toughen up for the fight-offs though!
TINCAN CITY CHEFS have a new cookbook out, so whilst the plays may be tedious at times (halflings always trying to elude being twatted), the food will be worth packing into the stadiums for.
MONSTER MUNCHERS will be the favourites again- with the greatest, evilest coach ever at the helm (Bully Bellychuck) and an insanely evil team captain (Torn Badly) with a munch of insane monsters to round out the squad. The question is whether the Munchers again get too distracted with trying to blow up the League Commissioners’ office, rather than winning Blood Bowl games. Only time will tell.
The 2817 Warriorship Champions are: MAD UNITED
MAD UTD, coached by Juicy Moronglue won the 2817 Warriorship, besting out challenges from Orksenal, Hellsky and Manky City. Top maimers of the campaign were Waylon Looney, Zlat’em Imavillianbitch and Maul Pigbut.
Players like Dizzy Blinder, Phoney Marshall and Marked Rashfoot also scored goals for the team, so that was nice!
Orskenal finished runners up, whilst Manky City were third, utilising players from Fester City to rise up after a slow start to the campaign. Hellsky blew themselves up alfway through the season- Odin Hazard was thought to be the culprit of a misjudged motar attack. They will hope to rebound for next season!
We hear at the MLBB HQ all would like to show our support for the new leader, Emperor Grump. All Heil the new leader!

Evertorn 1-2 Leafypool
The Dark Elves of Evertorn came up a few leaves short against the Wood Elves of Leafypool. Fantastic play from Loose Swarez took centre stage and the blitzer gained the MVP award for a touchdown pass and two KO’s.
